Selank (sequence: Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro) is a synthetic heptapeptide designed by extending the endogenous immunostimulatory tetrapeptide Tuftsin (Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg) with the same Pro-Gly-Pro (PGP) C-terminal stabilization motif used in Semax.
