CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a modified GHRH analog that incorporates a maleimidopropionic acid (MPA) bioconjugation linker enabling covalent in situ binding to the Cys34 residue of circulating serum albumin. The base peptide contains the same tetrasubstituted GRF(1-29) sequence as the non-DAC version (D-Ala², Gln⁸, Ala¹⁵, Leu²⁷-NH₂), with the DAC moiety attached via a lysine residue at position 30.
